Venenum Tattoo Studio. The work was already good. Now people can find it.
Venenum Tattoo Studio had built something real — strong artists, a loyal local following, and social media content that genuinely reflected the quality of the work inside the studio. But their digital presence stopped there. The website was a WordPress build from years prior, partially broken, visually inconsistent with the brand, and owned by nobody. The studio owner was running a busy business and had neither the time nor the technical knowledge to fix it. She needed someone to take it off her plate entirely. We came in, stripped it back, and rebuilt it properly. The branding existed in fragments — a logo, some colours, a social presence doing the heavy lifting — but no coherent system tying it together. We ran a collaborative design process with the owner, codified the brand, and built a new site on the MM stack: Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind, deployed on Vercel. Clean, fast, and maintained by us, not her. The result is a site that finally matches the reputation the studio had already earned. A clear artist directory, a contact-driven funnel, and a consistent brand from Instagram through to enquiry. They now receive 3–5 contact form submissions per day. The owner has full confidence in her digital presence for the first time — and it's no longer her problem to maintain.

The social media was doing its job. The website wasn't. We closed the gap.

Enquiries
3–5 contact form submissions per day through the new site.

Trust Gap

Ownership
A broken WordPress site handed over to someone who doesn't do WordPress. We moved them onto a reliable stack and took full ownership of the problem.
